UK Orders

All our prices include free postage for Royal Mail 48 (UK Only).  Premium and Express services are available at checkout.

We send all our orders out in discreet and plain packaging, 

Please ensure you delivery details are correct and if sending to a company, include both your name and the company name. The onus is on you to provide us the correct details and we will not take any responsibility for an incorrect address supplied to us.

Occasionally, we might send larger orders out with Parcelforce (at no extra cost to yourself).  These require a signature to confirm delivery.

 

International Orders

Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. VAT of 20% is included on all our products.

 

Missing Packages

In the highly unlikely event that something happens to your delivery.  Please see below.

Claims for missing packages should be received by us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date which is on your order confirmation email.
